Each of the 37 barangays has its own Barangay Health Station where every constituents were served and rendered medical assistance. There are also two birthing stations located at Barangay Buli and Pambisan Malaki, unfortunately these facilities were still unoperational.

Pinamalayan is home to a total of six major medical facilities(refer to Figure 12), two of which are government owned while the rest were private with a total of 83 hospital beds. Against the 2014 population of 83,987, the number of hospital bed translates to a bed-to-population ratio of 1 per 1000. The number of physicians practicing their profession in the municipality totaled 34 which translates to the ratio of 1 physicians per 1,953 population.
