Enrolment in secondary school accounted 6,025 students for the SY 2015-2016, mostly are male. Nabuslot National High School has the highest recorded enrolles of 1, 682 students while IBSMA has the lowest number of enrolles of 41 students.

All of the 4 private high schools have enough teaching personnel to meet the DepEd target of 1:40 teacher-student ratio, however, only one privated school met the minimum requirement for classroom-student. All public secondary high schools meet the standard teacher-student ratio of 1:40 while 5 public high schools have problem on congested classrooms.

Overall, secondary education in Pinamalayan has an adequate teaching personnel however, there is a shortage in classrooms in some schools to accommodate pupils.

 Historical Enrollment

Table 34 shows that for the past three school years, there was an increase in enrolment in public secondary high schools by 8 students and private secondary high schools by 28 students. Pambisan National High School listed major decline in enrolment. This is the result of the establishment of extension schools and creation of new secondary school in remote barangays within the municipality.
