Pinamalayan’s approach to tourism through promotion of Investment Tourism boosted growth in trade & industry, producing more tourist-investors in the municipality, thus resulting to an increasing need for added tourism-support facilities.

The efforts of the municipal government to concrete the roads within its 37 barangays make it possible for most of the municipality’s existing tourism establishments to be accessible to tourists all year round using an ordinary vehicle, since nearly all of them could be reached by land. The Rainbow Junction, which serves as gateway to Pinamalayan’s urban core, can be found alongside the Strong Republic Nautical Highway, while the Pinamalayan Theme Park, which houses other cultural and historical landmarks like Dambana ng Kagitingan and Filipino-Chinese Friendship Arch, is just approximately 0.07 kms away from the SRNH.

Cultural activities are regularly being held in Pinamalayan: Philippine International Arts Festival, Filipino-Chinese Friendship, Centurion Festival, Araw ng Kagitingan, Bahaghari Festival, Philippine Independence Day, and People’s Day. Barangay Foundation Days, which give way for promotion of cultural tourism in barangay level, are also being observed in all 37 barangays.
