About 751 persons or roughly one percent of Pinamalayan total population were reported as persons with disability. 

Table below shows that the highest percentage of disabilities recording 21.6 was the other type of disabilities followed by mental retardation at 12.6 percent and partial blindness 9.6 percent. The number of disabled males is higher than that of the females for all type of disabilities.
